Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or damaged products (unless received damaged)
- Items returned after the return period
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.
